Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at shoppit.pk. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
  • All orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp. 
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship all across Pakistan. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, etc.): Delivery takes 2 to 4 business days.
  • Other Cities & Rural Areas: Delivery takes 4 to 7 business days.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation message on your registered mobile number or email address once your order has shipped. This notification will contain your tracking number and a link to the courier company’s tracking portal (e.g., TCS, Leopard, M&P, Trax).
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules
For customers opting for Cash on Delivery:
  • You are required to pay the rider the exact cash amount at the time of delivery before opening the package.
  • Refusal of Delivery: If a COD parcel is refused at the doorstep without a valid reason, shoppit.pk reserves the right to suspend your account and block future COD privileges.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
shoppit.pk is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 
6. Damages & Missing Items
  • If you receive your order damaged, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Take clear photos or a video of the damaged box and product to help us lodge a claim with the courier service. 
7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
We are not responsible for lost packages or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer during checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order.
